Peanut Chutney

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 Cup Unshelled Peanuts
2 1/2 Tablespoons Grated Coconut
4 Red Peppers
Salt


Directions:

1. Fry ingredients in oil.
2. Grind or blend ingredients into a paste.
