Coconut Peanut Chutney

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cups Peanuts
1 1/2 Teaspoon Tamarind Paste
4 Tablespoons Grated Coconut
6 Red Peppers
2 1/2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 Tablespoon Salt

Directions:

1) Blend all ingredients into paste.
2) Heat up paste in a frying pan & add to desired dish.
